Extra long 3x12 foot banners are great for outdoor and indoor use. Maybe you are promoting an outdoor charity event where you are planning a running marathon for fundraising purposes. Perhaps you want to do some kind of community walk, or bike ride for the profit or non-profit reasons. From messages that communicate directly to the participants to promotional messages that motivate spectators, these extra wide 3 feet by 12 feet banners are a perfect and affordable solution to any outdoor event promotion you are planning. For indoor use, these banners are also well suited to communicate textual messages in auditoriums or large staging areas where a 12 foot span or larger can easily accommodate the space needed to install one of these extra long banners. For mounting these banners, we will include in every banner purchase, free heat welded hems and faceted secure grommets to ensure installing these even in a suspended state will be an easy task.

- set dpi to be anywhere from 100 to 300 dpi
- regular RGB or sRGB color space
- save as 100% quality jpeg file
- regular RGB, sRGB color space, or Regular CMYK
- embedded raster images should be at least 100dpi at actual size
- embed all raster images
- convert all text to outlines
- expand all strokes
- save as a pdf file
- at 100dpi - 3600x14400 pixels;
- at 150dpi - 5400x21600 pixels;
- at 300dpi - 10800x43200 pixels;
As a general rule, the more detailed your artwork is, the higher DPI (pixel count) it should to be. For pictures and photographs, lower pixel/dpi counts are fine (72-100dpi). For text rich artwork, and for files with lots of details such as logos, maps, menus, etc, use higher pixel/dpi count (150-300dpi).
72 dpi is the minimum resolution we would recommend for printing, and the 300 dpi for the maximum resolution.
