Material and Build
- Heavy duty 18oz block-out vinyl at 1000 x 1000 denier
- Printed directly on both sides of a single layer, not two banners glued together
- Block-out middle layer allows lay-flat banners with virtually no see-through
- No image ghosting or bleed-through on either side

Building a Better Double-Sided Banner

18oz block-out vinyl
We print directly on both sides of a single layer of heavy-duty
18oz block-out vinyl. This material is very thick, with opaque matte finish on both sides, at 1000 x 1000 denier.
The block-out middle layer allows for lay-flat banners with virtually no see-through and no image ghosting on either side.
Installed grommets
At no extra cost, we provide
#2 anodized black or nickel-plated metal grommets for mounting. Standard installation is every 2 feet across the top and bottom of the banner. Optionally (and also at no extra cost), you can order no grommets, grommets on four corners only, or grommets across the top only.
Printing on both sides
It's not as easy as it sounds. Many printers simply print two of their standard-material banners and stick them together back-to-back. That leads to a lot of problems: images bleed through, materials pulls apart, overall quality and durability suffer.
Our printing is full color and high-resolution, using a six-color ink set, including CMYK, Lc, Lm. Designs can be sourced from our extensive,
free-to-use template library, or printed from your own design files.
