Heavy duty 30mil magnetic substrate is proven for excellent performance & durability
Our magnets are professional grade and magnetized with 12 poles per inch, for absolutely no dead spots across the full surface area—this delivers optimal adherence to flat ferrous surfaces, with no air pockets
We add a UV-resistant laminate to better protect these signs from harsh outdoor exposure—check before you buy, other manufacturers print directly onto the magnetic material with no extra protection applied, resulting in a sign that is more prone to fading & cracking
We cut precisely around your logo or graphics to ensure your magnets have a contour that is smooth to the touch, with no rough or jagged edges
File submission inspection & specs
We work hard to make your order perfect. Our team manually inspects each file prior to printing: we will only proceed with printing your order if it can be produced at absolute 100% stunning quality with no compromises.
Larger files can be zipped and transmitted via any non-password protected cloud file sharing service
Bleeds: Bleeds are required for all non-standard shape and contour cut stickers. Use 0.125 bleeds all the way around every cut path. All custom cut orders missing the bleeds will be rejected. For more details on bleed setup, please see our

JPEG / PNG: Set to actual sticker size, at 300dpi, RGB Color Mode, with no compression, Photoshop quality level 12;
PSD / PSB / TIFF: Set to actual sticker size, at 300dpi, RGB Color Mode. Combine all layers into single background layer;
PDF / AI / EPS: Set to actual sticker size. RGB or CMYK Color Mode. Embed all linked images. Convert all text to outlines. Expand all strokes. Only use high res raster images at 50-100% scale. Files should not be password protected, if availavle export to PDF;

We can cut magnets to virtually any shape, however we caution against very tiny shapes with extreme cutting angles, which can be difficult to mount and less durable than more robust shapes.
What kind of cutting can I expect?
Expect a professional, smooth-edged, precision-cut shape according to your specifications. If we notice any potential challenges with your design, or imperfections in your uploaded files, we'll notify you before printing.
Does die-cutting magnets affect the print quality?

The first set of magnets I ordered were rectangular. After speaking directly with Donald and conveying what I was expecting to receive by ordering die cut magnets, he took care of me within a single business day.
If you're ordering these, it is likely you have a custom logo shape. I recommend ordering and including some sort of note or following up with an email on how you wish for the magnet to be cut out.
