Circle cut line inclusion
If you want to include the circle cut line in your uploaded or designed online file, we can do that for you. However, you do not have to provide the cut line if you don't want to. For artwork that contains no circular cut line, we will position your graphic in the center of the circle according to the size you choose, to maximize the circle's design space.
File submission inspection & specs
Prior to printing, we will manually inspect each file you upload and only proceed to printing your order if it can be produced at absolute 100% stunning quality with no compromises.
Large files can be zipped and transmitted via any non-password protected cloud file sharing service. Some notes regarding formats:
JPEG / PNG: Set to actual sign size, at 300dpi, RGB Color Mode, with no compression, Photoshop quality level 12;
PSD / PSB / TIFF: Set to actual sign size, at 300dpi, RGB Color Mode. Combine all layers into single background layer;
PDF / AI / EPS: Set to actual sign size. RGB or CMYK Color Mode. Embed all linked images. Convert all text to outlines. Expand all strokes. Only use high res raster images at 100% scale. Files should not be password protected, if available export to PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to specify the oval cut in my graphics file?
It's fine to show the symmetry you want in your oval design by including the cut line in your uploaded or designed online file, however it's not necessary. For cut line-free artwork, we will position your graphic in the center of the oval size you choose and maximize the oval's design space.
What kind of cutting process do you use?
We use a high-precision process that delivers a perfectly oval shape, specified with an exact edge-to-edge diameter based on the size you choose. Your edge will have a smooth finish, with no jaggedness or roughness that could damage your vehicle's finish, affect durability, or make installation tricky.
What goes into making these oval vehicle magnets last?
We don't simply print your images onto the magnet material, which can lead to poor image durability and premature cracking. Other printers do that, not us!
