What Banner Size Do I Need for My Table?

Here's what you need to know about sizing for table banners:

Height

The majority of folding tables are 29-30” in height. We suggest you use a 24” tall banner and attach it to the top edge of your table: this allows a 5-6” gap above the floor, to prevent it being stepped on or tripped over. For other table heights, we recommend the same minimum 5-6” gap above the floor.

Length

Standard table lengths are in foot-long increments beginning at 4', which gives common lengths of 48”, 60”, 72”, and 96”. An appropriate table banner length matches the length of the table.

Multiple tables

Larger banners can be used if your setup includes multiple adjacent tables. To create the right fit, simply match the banner length to the total length of the tables.

Matte vinyl material

We use sturdy 13oz matte vinyl that is designed to stand up to the elements, shows off great print quality, and helps reduce glare from lighting or sun.

Full-color printing on one side

Our banners are printed on one side in full-color, high resolution mode to provide the best visual impact and quality for your graphics.

Hemmed edges

Hemming on all four borders helps your banner remain flat and resist curling. We suggest attaching hook-and-loop fasteners (aka Velcro brand) for easy installation. A few strips on both sides and in the middle will perfectly attach your banner to any table.
